Me and several of my friends have been here and we all had the same problem. We spent $800+ and when we got the car back, it was running worse than before. So we returned it to fix it, and they were gonna charge us more claiming it’s a new problem.

I took my car in for an oil change and told them it was running rough. They checked out my car and spotted several serious problems. They explained to me what my car needed, how they could repair it and quoted a very fair price to fix it if I wanted them to. They did a great job and my car is running better than it has in years. Reasonably priced with fast friendly service, everything you want in car repair service.

Being new to the area, I always hate having to find a car service shop to take our two cars into. I came across this place. So far, I have taken my car in twice here and have had great experience with the service they provide.

Came in a few weeks ago after ordering my tire with Chris on the phone. Got my tire changed and Chris was extremely helpful and courteous! I just moved to the area so I was worried about going somewhere that would rip me off or take advantage of the fact I was a young female that could be charged whatever. I will be back!

I was seriously in and out within a matter of minutes and on my way to Florida!

I can't say enough great things about this business. I was having an issue and called a certain dealership to inquire about the problem-they gave me no clear answers and insisted I bring the car in for diagnostic services which would cost a min of $90 not to mention what it would actually cost to fix the problem with the car. I hung up and called Safetrip Auto bc I had been there once before, Chris literally told and helped fix my problem over the phone in less than 2 minutes!! And was so nice, polite, and professional!!

They were nothing but professional and courteous !!! Will take everything I have there from now on. It's about time Moore gets an honest owner and mechanics that care.
