Love this place...great menu selection.

I've always wanted to try out another organic restaurant in SGV area; that was how I discover this restaurant. Normally I go to Green Zone.

I came here with a friend on a Sunday for lunch. When we first enter the restaurant, no greetings of any kind. We stood there for a few minutes to wait for a server to seat us; it wasn't happening. So I had to go to the counter to get someone's attention. After we were seated, the services was ok.

We both ordered the Hainan Chicken Rice. The quality of chicken was quite good, it had this firm(er) texture that I like. However, the soup and side vegetables that came with the dish were not impressive at all. The soup tasted like boil water with salt and green onion. The side vegetables were all pickled types, I personally did not enjoy them that much. The soy sauce that came with the chick had garlic in it but was way too salty, they did not customize the soy sauce taste like Green Zone ( "soy sauce" at GZ had nice sweetness).

The appetizer- Lettuce Wrap with Chicken Stripes and Jellyfish was not impressive to me either. I expected great combination of textures from the 3 ingredients; but sadly the tastes did not go well together... A good plus to the meal though, would be their soy milk, which was very smooth and the soy bean taste was rich.
