Even though we are on different land or different culture; however, it has been starting our Ramen history from the word ramen: All we want are taste its Japanese Soul and Feel the happiness and appreciation by just an one bowl of soup. (Half size available upon request) Everyday, we consider with improvement of the taste. This is our Japanese Soul. The Pork bones and joints through midnight. And, the sauce elaborate over and over. Special Chijire (curly) noodle hook up the soup of our efforts. Homemade sliced pork belly will melt in your mouth. Thank you very much let us serve this Ramen. We always cook and serve the best.

        The Ramen is the best and the spicy miso is also good!
        The place is small and there is always a wait, but it is worth it!

        Amazing ramen and shredded pork beef bowls. Long hours closes at midnight. Sometimes there is a line be prepared to wait

        Delicious Authentic Ramen

        The ramen here is not like you make at home. Definitely not the instant crap that comes out of a bag.



        Get the Daikoku Ramen; It's unbelievably good. The broth is nice and heavy, the noodle are firm, and the slow roasted blackened pork simply melts away in your mouth.



        The original place is in Little Tokyo, but the Monterey Park version isn't too far off. It's tucked away in large-ish strip mall and isn't the easiest to find, but it's definitely better than having to wait 1+ hours like you would at the Little Tokyo location.



        Definitely recommended
