This tax consultant place is ridiculous. My wife and I went there for the first time to file our tax this year. We called and scheduled the appointment with the owner to help us file our tax. When we showed up at the schedule time, he wasn’t there in the office. We waited for half an hour and left and asked his assistant to get us a call once he back in the office. After a few hours waiting at close by relative’s house, we decided to go back the place again and have someone else to help us out instead. When we got there, he was in the office doing nothing but walking around. After we greeted him, he came over to talk and discussed our tax papers, our income, and out expenses in front of their customers waiting area. Quickly scanning through our tax from previous year, he criticized our tax preparer saying that he’s not a registered CPA. wth? I can do my own tax without taking an accountant class. It was so unprofessional.

Since it was a late Friday afternoon, they don’t have time to prepare our most basic tax filing ever, so we have to schedule to pick up our result a week after. When I went to take up our tax result, I had one simple question for his assistant and couldn’t it. She asked me to call back since all their accountants are busy at the moment. I am tired of dealing with them, so I asked my wife to call. She called them a week after, the assistant told her to call back after the month of April because they’re busy during the tax season. Therefore, she called them back early of this month, they told her to leave her name and numbers and they will call her back. It didn’t happen even after few tries. I was so frustrated, I called them myself and spoke with a guy there and told him what happened. He apologized and promised me to call back before end of the day after took down my name and number. Disappointed to say, fail to call us back again. I guess we are just small potatoes for them to even care. It was our first and will be our last time to go to a place like this, not worth a hassle and times.
