        They literally cut my home owners insurance rate in half. They were professional, courteous and frankly kind of fun to work with. Just the right balance of casual and professional.

        I have called your company twice, and was told your agents were busy, to leave my telephone number and someone would contact me. I did both times. I have YET to hear from anyone. I was seriously thinking about changing insurance, but if you can't get back to discuss rates, how can I trust you in a claim?
