Royal Oaks Condo Assn-North

I have been owning my condo for over 5 years as an investor. The president of the Board along with the management company are not cooperative at all . They discriminate the residents, the harass them . breaking all the Fair Housing Act rules and rights. Never answer emails, denied access to visitors .. its a night mare.. I am so sad that the have been voted to serve the residents , but you can tell that they only are in the board for personal interest.. Have to involve attorneys and now the DBPR.. they place is so lack of maintenance , roaches in garbage chutes with terrible smells .. laundry facilities is disgusting . I wish a more understandable , reasonable and accessible president and management company runs my condo, so can be amore enjoyable place to have and live.. Trust Management Group is the management company
