Puppies R Love

This place is disgusting... The puppies are sick and not getting the care they need and are living in deplorable conditions... They get the puppies from puppy mills.. THIS NEEDS TO END TODAY... SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN...

i bought not one but two pugs on the same day, i guess i was one of the lucky ones that purchased healthy dogs, only complaint is one is lazy and the other is to hyper....lol i am actually on my way down to buy another,........how about that...maybe because my wife loves dogs more than i do....my luck huh...but xmas is coming and looking to get an english bulldog, hey maybe he might come with breathing problems..lol

I strongly would say to anyone thinking coming to this place, DON'T DO IT, My wife and I bought a Lab Retriever over a year ago, and we were told that in a couple of months we'd receive dog's pedigree papers and after a year, the owner not even sent me my dog's papers but didn't even answer my phone calls and what is worse, recently I received a phone call from somebody from the store asking me to pay 200 hundred more dollars to receive my papers, and the breeder later told me that those papers shouldn't cost more than 25 bucks, So if you don't want to get your money stolen from Puppies R Love, avoid going to that place

I have nothing but negative things to say about this place. I bought a Maltese from there in february that was advertised as $350 and I even called to make sure because it seemed to good to be true and I didn't wan to go all that way if the puppy was already sold. I spoke to Joanne who told me "yes, we have the puppy that you are seeing in the newspaper ad and yes, it's 350." so that day I went and saw the puppies...the puppy in the newspaper ad that I saw was not there like joanne had told me. I had driven an hour there so I wasn't going to leave without a puppy. I look around and I see this cute t cup and there's a price that says $395 so I tell one of the guys and he says " no they are 895 plus tax " and I ask why it says 395 and he comes up with excuses. So now I finally find a Maltese an the price says 395 once again and I ask the guy " is this one actually 395 or are you guys just doing false advertising? And he says no it's 695 plus tax.... THEY WILL SCAM YOU! After talking to the manager Connie she said she could do it for 600 and that the pup had jut cane from the vet and that she was as healthy as can be... I was happy and went home and the next day my puppy started throwing up and having direahha and not eating anything. I called Connie and she said it's because Changing her food so I went and got the food Connie told me to get....my pup was still vomitting and now vomitting blood and wouldn't eat anything and still diereeaha. I called Connie but she ignored my call so I had No choice but to take her to the Miami beach animal hospital. I took her there at my expense(215.00) and the doctors examed her and gave her tests. They came back in the room and looked at me and said " where did you get this dog?" and I told them and they said " well you need to call them asap because this dog is going to die within the next hour or so, she is very sick and needs to be hospitalized! She has a lot of bacteria infections and worms and most likey parvo" so I call Connie and explain the situation and said I want my money back you sold me a sick puppy and she gave me so much attitude and said " no she was fine when you got her" and I said "I'm at the hospital right now and the vet says she's been sick for weeks and this could never have been caused by changing dog food and that you sold me a sick pup" and she hung up. I brought them the pup back but the manager wasnt in. I called and called and no response. She eventually answered and said no money back pick another pup" Finally I sent her a certified letter saying I was sueing her if I didn't receive my money and then she called me so nicely and said I could absolutely have my money back which I did. Do not waste your time here!!! It is a puppy mill and all of their puppies are sick!!!

I recently bought a puppy, who was priced online a $400, and ended up paying $640. Then when I got there, they were trying to make me come back the next day. I took him home that Sat., night and he was SO SICK the next day. I had to take him into the EMS Vet, and put him on medication. He is still VERY ILL 3 weeks later, and I'm and having to spend almost $1000 on his Vet bills... and it is not over yet, he is still in need of future medical care because of this DESPICABLE PLACE! PLEASE DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE CONTINUE THEIR ABUSE OF THESE INNECENT PUPPIES! CONTACT EVERYONE YOU CAN TO GET THEM SHUT DOWN! Puppies are DYING, and are suffering multiple illnesses! PLEASE LET US ALL STOP THIS LOATHSOME BUSSINESS FROM THEIR DESTUCTIVE PRACTICES! PLEASE

On December 1rst they sold me a sick puppy, to the date she is still sick. I spent over a $1000 on the puppy and it’s a complete loss. I had a difficult time selling it because of her health condition, I found myself giving it away to someone that can take better care. It was a disaster, horrible experience. I tried returning it but they refused saying the puppy had just a small cough due to the change of weather. I had the puppy for 27 days sick and could not hold it any longer. I hate this place and would not recommend it. The staff pretends to be nice but they are not. The manager Connie its known for being rude and unprofessional. Too bad I didn’t saw reviews online before making the biggest mistake of my life. DO NOT BUY PUPPIES HERE..!!

This is the worst thing that has ever happened to me I bought a yorkie and in a day it is throwing up and crying so much I took it to the vet and is now hospitalized save yourself the heartbreak these people are horrible and they treat dogs and animals horrible

When I got there the lady was very nice and all but the place was a total reck. The front of the store was okay, but then the bag was horrible! The dog that I asked them to take out was covered in poop. The next day I came back to show my frined and the same dog was STILL covered in poop. It seems like they dont treat their dogs good. So i suggjest you buy your dog somewhere else cause all this place wants is money.

Sold me a dog that was DEAD within a week! Less than 3 days after buying the dog it had diarrhea and was vomiting. I took her to the vet and was told she had PARVOVIRUS which is a virus that destroys the immune system and kills all the white blood cells. It also causes the dog to be nauseous and not eat and if the parvo doesnt KILL them first they die from DEHYDRATION caused by the PARVO.Also the paper work they give you saying the dog has its shots is ALL LIES because my dog DIED from one of the viruses that the dog SUPPOSEDLY got its shots for. Save yourself the pain and heartache. DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM HERE. When you go in there to buy a dog everyone seems so nice but the minute something goes wrong everyone turns away, hangs up the phone on you, lie and give you the run around.Dont be like me and disregard the reviews that are online YOU WILL REGRET IT because they are all FACTUAL reviews and then some. I actually know someone that bought a dog from there which is what made me think that i was going to have a good pet experience. If you get a healthy puppy from there its purely LUCK because they DO NOTHING to help keep these puppies healthy and ALIVE.



Walking out of there for the Last time my heart reached out to all the un-suspecting buyers that were blinded by how cute and adorable the puppies are not knowing the Ordeal and in my case Heartache that Awaits them.

DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! This puppy store sells sick puppies. I purchased a puppy from them and within 2 days, the puppy was extremely ill and near death. I did take the puppy to their "Vet of choice" for a "free" visit which cost me $200.00 in medication that had nothing to do with the puppy's ailments. I took the puppy to my own Vet as well, where it was diagnosed with a severe case of ear mites and a deadly disease, coccidia, which is a parasite. The woman that sold me the sick puppy, Connie, has been nothing but rude and unsympathetic.In my attempts to contact the store owner, she is even ruder than imaginable and just hangs up on me. I have spent over $1100.00 saving this poor puppies life, Thank God he survived this horrible ordeal. This business needs to be investigated for unhealthy and unsafe conditions, not to mention ripping innocent people off! Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy a puppy from these people.

This is not a business this is a SCAM!!! DO NOT purchase a puppy from here! these people knowingly sell sick puppies and then refuse to take any respobsibility for this!! my dog was sick within a week of taking him home and was near death! if the poor thing wasnt a fighter like his vet said, he probably wouldnt of made it! these people are all about making a quick buck and obviously do not care that here in America we have LAWS for this kind of stuff!! i have vet bills totaling over thousands of dolars!!! any reputable pet store would pay for vet bills if they sold you a sick dog....this is by far not a reputable pet store!! the poor animals share cages with up to 7 other dogs, and there is no food or water in their cages. they are poorly malnurished and im lucky that my dog is even alive. dont even bother to deal with the owner, all she does is make empy threats even though she is the one in the worng!!! save yourself the heartache!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE PUPPIES FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Yorkshire Terrier from Puppies 'r Love and he was deathly ill after taking him home. He had to go into emergency care the next day and was revived from a coma and needed to be hospitalized for 3 days. He was generally malnourished at the pet store and did not get vital nutrients. He also was diagnosed with a genetic disorder which could be from inbreeding. I am currently filing a civil suit against the store for breaking the Florida Pet Lemon law. They promised to repay all medical bills and have not for over a month. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I was at Puppies R Love a week ago, and my experience was terrible. The staff did not know much about their puppies at all , they couldn't answer any of my questions, and the manager was very rude!!!!! I felt the manager could use an attitude adjustment, she was not nice at all and her staff was kind of just sitting around with not much of an intention in helping the customers.i would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very bad experience.

I bought my maltese (KILO) from there.... He had kennel cough and almost died. But I was reimbursed for all of the vet bills. the emotions i went thru were crazy but in the end its worth it cause i have a healthy happy tiny ball of love.
