Integrity Pest Control

Integrity Pest Control is AMAZING! Under my back porch i was dealing with crazy bee's..well atleast i thought they were bee's. I called Integrity pest control to get a quote and not only are they the best price, but the guy on the phone already knew what kinda of wasps , not bee's that i was dealing with..yellow jackets actually...they are mean! Well we scheduled the service for the next day and i was kinda nervous about the guy getting so close, but i'll be damn if he didn't know exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me afterwards...long story short...they really saved our backyard bbq for the following weekend because these yellow jackets don't play around. Thank you Integrity pest control for your GREAT SERVICE!

Living Social "deal" -- first appointment they showed up an hour early -- I wasn't home so they cancelled. Second appointment they were a complete no-show. Clearly their name should be No-Integrity Pest Control. Will never use them again and unless you like to waste time and get exceptionally bad service, I wouldn't use them.

This is my 2nd posting about this company. Somehow they were able to remove the other posting. That in itself speaks to their "lack of" integrity. We found them on Living Social and I called to take advantage of the L.S. offer and the owner, Wayne, said to just pay him directly the reduced amount that L.S. offered and not purchase it through L.S. That also speaks of their "lack of" integrity. Lastly, we had a similar experience with them as one of the previous comments. After committing to doing re-sprays, Wayne would not return phone calls or respond to e-mails, nothing. We even went as far as having our attorney write them a letter demanding that they honor their advertised supposed "money back guarantee", again no response. This also speaks to their "lack of" integrity! I have now submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, let's see how he tries to get out of that. If you are looking for a bug company, I WOULD CAUTION YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

GREAT customer service! Can't beat the price either. Call Integrity Pest Control if your having any pest issue's. Very knowledgable and respectable.
