        Terribly rude teens who could care less about retaining business. They also stay on the phone, so you can never get through. Turnover is unreal! You are lucky indeed if the owners are present as they are the nicest people. !!Maybe this will help them with their staffing decisions and hire mature people who can answer a phone and a question.
