Sullivan's S & S Jewelers Inc

My family has been going to Sullivan's S&S for as long as I can remember. In fact, my dad actually purchased my mom's engagement ring here.
If service with a smile was ever exemplified by one place, Sullivan's S&S would be it.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the selection is awesome. I couldn't imagine buying jewelry anywhere else.

The best store in Brevard county, hands down. From the goldsmith that refurbished my ring after my dog chewed it up. I thought there was no hope but it is beautiful again just like it was originally!! From the great associate that helped me. Thank you S&S Jewelers!

My family and I will never EVER use this jeweler again. We had to drive 40 minutes to reach this location and when I told the sales person I couldn't reach the store by telephone to check on my order she very rudely remarked that the answering machine wasn't working and now it's fixed, and "what do you want?" We dropped off a class ring to be re-sized and when I went to pick it up the date was completely missing. I brought this to the attention of the sales person who quickly told me "well the ring is old and worn out, but we will give you a $10.00 refund to go see if a shop can laser the year back on your ring." I told her I considered this to be an heirloom for my daughter and she said there's nothing we can do. So now my college ring is ruined with no apology or remedy beyond; "well the ring is old." If this is the level of customer service that is normal for this location it's no wonder people shop elsewhere. They are creating their own competition. My young daughter was aghast at the way I was spoken to and is still upset at the way we were treated at S & S Jewelers today.

They have great deals and really know their stuff. I was able to get some jewelry cheaper than online. Check them out!

Their personal touch is amazing. I found a diamond online that I thought would be cheaper, but it turns out Sullivans S&S was actually cheaper. If you want to buy online talk with them to see if they can beat the price.
