Very poor customer service, average quality at best. Poor quality for the price charged.

The owner, the thin mustached man, and the woman behind the counter are not friendly and act as if they are annoyed when you ask a question.

I rarely hake my car there because they are so rude. The few times I have taken it there because I was pressed for time I have regretted it. Go down the street to the shell gas station if you have to have your car cleaned right away. Or go to the sonic was on route 7 in the city of falls church.

This place is not worth your time or your money.
