MRI
You can tell is saline breast implants are leaking as the breast will become smaller. It is more difficult to tell with silicone implants. Often an MRI is needed to detect silicone breast implant leakage.

Although breast implants can interfere with mammogram results, if you inform your mammography technician about your implants, they will perform additional, specialized scans of your breasts to ensure comprehensive and accurate results of your mammogram.

Breast Reduction
Breast reduction, or reduction mammoplasty, is a procedure performed on women with large breasts (a condition medically known as macromastia) that may be causing a variety of medical problems such as back and neck pain, skin irritation under the breasts, and bra strap grooving on the shoulders.
Breast Lift
The surgeon will then remove each implant. It is likely that the patient will require an additional procedure, such as a breast lift, depending on their individual case and aesthetic goals.
