Tim Horton's

Since no one wants to answer the phone all morning, then I'm writing a bad review on my stop at Tim Horton's On Oct, 4 2012 at 5:25 in the morning . I'm very disappointed that I was stuck in a line (with only one person in front of me) for 14 mins. way to long, the guy behinds me beeps his horn when I get up to the window The lady says to me "did you beep your horn" I said "no the guy behind me did & I don't blame him, This is to long to be waiting in a drve threw" she reply's to me "I don't care I'm taking my time today" Seriously got me upset. So I come to this drive threw every morning but sunday I get the same three things An extra large coffee double double, A med 3 sugars 1 cream she will put three creams one sugar by the time its cooled off to drink it to relize the 3 creams are inn it (nasty) A sasage biscuit with cheese, she will put egg instead of sasage I'm to far away to take it back so what a waste of money for me

(that I work hard for). she also bums smokes off me & my husband which is so wrong in so many levels... my question to you is ... ? You already lost two loyal customer (My husband & I ) how many others you gonna lose be4 you get rid of that Lazy, rude, & Ghetto worker of yours ??? my next question is ... Why you not answering your phones to many complains this morning ??? Can't keep up ? My husband works 15 mins from your store After being stuck in your line today for 14 mins that made him over 30 mins late ... he got sent home, thats over a hundred dollars Tim horton's worker has cost us today . I love your coffee but it's not gold !!!
