I can't believe all the negative reviews for this salon. I have been going to these people for almost 20 years, and have nothing but good things to say about them. I even to my daughter there to get her nails done for her wedding. I feel bad for the girls that work there, and recommend this place to everyone!

I have been a customer for just over a year now outstanding service the girls working there Summer Fatima are very sweet and nice I always get a foot massage and pedicure it's wonderful the princes are reasonable

I'm a very picky person when it comes to getting pedicures and this place passed with flying colors! I just took my mother in law here with me and we both got pedicures. We were seen right away, no wait. The staff was friendly off the back. The massage chairs were great and we felt very relaxed during the process. The staff showed me where they sterilized their instruments which made me feel good about them being clean because you never know what you could catch from a nail salon. They were very detail oriented and professional from the beginning to the end. We both loved our pedicures and our nails look fantastic! Will definitely be coming back :)

Over the weekend I took my friend out to get our nails done for her birthday. The lady working on my friends nails was not paying attention to the work she was doing, being more concerned for the customers entering the store, and ended up making all the nails uneven in length. We were also overcharged for what they considered to be "long nails" which in reality are a standard length (approx 2-4cm). We had also discovered (after payment) that my friends nails were uneven. We pointed this out & they said they could cut them down to match. When questioned about refunding the charge (as it wasn't disclosed), they told me that they don't do refunds. While we are trying to explain that the quality is poor and the charges were ridiculous, they turned their backs to us as we were talking to them! They ended up attempting to lengthen my friends by adding extra acrylic to the ends. We were very unhappy with the service and treatment I requested a refund of the "length charge" which would of been about $20. They refused. I asked to speak to the owner & was told to leave my contact information. I had not heard anything from them. The next day, not even 10 hours after having my nails done, I noticed one of mine were cracked. I called Monday to see if I could get some resolution and was told the same thing that they don't offer refunds. I asked where their policy was posted and was told "oh we can just tell you" I told them that if they resolved the matter on Saturday & refunded the absurd "length charge" that we wouldn't be having this conversation. The other end of the line became silent. They hung up on me! I tried calling back only to get a busy signal and subsequently to have the phone continue to ring. Poor customer service and very rude attitudes, in addition to inferior products. And they will do nothing about it. Needless to say, I will never return to this business and tell everyone I can to avoid them.

I feel so sorry for the owner of this place! First of all, I've been getting my nails done for about 30 years- in salons all over America. (I move a lot). I've been to Levi Nail Salon about 5 or 6 times, and the only reason I stopped is because I lost my job, and the nails were one of the first things to go. I never, ever had even one slightly uncomfortable experience there. And yes; the owner is the one who did my nails. I got gel nails and they were perfect and I never had any problems with them. She was never rude in any manner. Please consider this review, too. I plan to return when employed. Hopefully she will still be there!

This is the worst! I mean worst naik salon ever. I come every week for lashes and the owner messed them uo!! When I asked for them to be redone she agreed.. When I came back into the salon she threw a fit resulting in me going off on her!! This isnt the first time the police have been called on this salon either! When I called the police they had nothing nice today and told me they would be there right away. This womens salon is always dead and im glad she had a reality check by me! Never come here! EVER

I WENT TO THIS SALON TO GET FAKE EYELASHES THE LADY TOLD THEY WOULD LAST 2 TO 3 WEEKS AND WERE FALLING OFF 2 DAYS LATER I PAID $25 I CALLED TO TELL THEM AND SHE TOLD ME ITS NOT HER PROBLEM! I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON! THERE VERY RUDE AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS !

I could not agree more with the negative reviews,this place is a nightmare!!!! the first reviewer was right on the money.I had the same identical expierence. The owner is almost evil!! My Axium manicure lasted 4 days!!! Instead of the month it was supposed to. I also went back only to be insulted and not a thing done.They could careless and refused to rectify anything.Im amazed there still in buisness.Oh how I wish we could picket ladies without the threat of being threatened by the owner.Do not go to this salon.

Save your money and your time, the "owner" of the place is nothing but a manner less thief as well as uncalled for extremely rude as hell. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a "service" that I paid good money(overpaid at that) for and was clearly ripped off, and they did not care one bit. To remedy the problem the "owner" proceeded to be not only insulting and rude for no good reason,nor should any consumer ever have to ever encounter or tolerate. I question whether they actually are running a legitimate business since upon my three visits I was the only customer. The first two times I paid for a services that did not last as promised, she had the nerve to tell me I must have had oily nails!!! I have the driest skin ever, so pretty lame. This third visit and last she wanted me to pay 5dollars to remove the polish that was still supposed to last another week! I have had this done elsewhere and it lasted a month, though it was only promised 2-3weeks! I was also told by the other places, if it chipped or what ever before the time was up, come on back and they would be happy to fix it! Not this place they wanted to have me pay again!!! And high cost to remove when it should have still lasted. Not only did she cuss me out, she threatened to call the police when I told her their customer service was poor! WOW! unbelievable, maybe they sell something else in the back or NOT PAYING ANY TAXES AND JUST RIPPING OFF PEOPLE. with inferior products, not the high quality names they claim they are using. I went into the store next to theirs and was told by some people there that lots of complaints have been said about that salon, even involving bleeding customers that came from there for a manicure! Maybe they need to be shut down, or investigated...something is very wrong.

I made the mistake of taking my 9 yr. old and her friend to get pedicures and manicures here. It was o.k. untill they painted a cheap polish on my daughther and after 3 coats you could still see her nails. When I asked the nail tech to fix it she was willing to do it right. That's when the owner stepped in. She ordered her to paint one coat more.....still looked horrible. I was basically just pleading to make my daughter's nails look good at this point something I didn't think I should have to do when she told me to "shut up and go sit down!" It became a lesson for my daughter and friend to stand tall and get what you paid for instead of a wonderful spa experience. Don't ever go there! Share this story....

I read the two great reviews this place had and the one bad. I agree with the bad! To those of you who like this place, you must have never gone anywhere else. Dont you like your nails to stay on? I do, and these didnt. What a waste of money! Please find somewhere else to go. They dont even correct the problems they created! The only good thing I can say about this horrid place is that the girl who does the eyebow waxing does a great job.

I have been going to Levi for years. Everyone that works here is just great! They are very friendly, do great work, and go out of their way to make you happy! They do it all from nails, to waxing, and they do it well! I often recommend them to friends and family, I've never found another nail place that I like so much as Levi's!

I used to go to this place often. I recently moved to Roseville and decided to go back to the place that I used to really love. The first time wasnt great so I decided to try again. This time in 3 days the nails were peeling off and in one week I had lost half of them. I dont do anything that would be hard on my hands or nails. Infact, I sell mary kay, so there should be no reason for this to happen. When I went back and calmly explained what was going on they told me that I Had to pay for the repairs and that there was nothing that they would do to correct the problem. There are SOOO many places around, DONT GO TO THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
