La Clinica Salon & Day Spa

I have been going to la clinica for about two years and I love it. I only go there to get my nails done by Rachel. What I love the most is how everytime I come in there is takes to my needs and makes me feel important. The jobs she does is amazing my polish last about thirteen days and she does a wonderful job filing and shaping I nicknamed her the cuticle queen. Oh the best part everytime u come in she had individual packs so u have clean tools even with the pedicure. Thank u la clinica for helping me find a salon and helping me adjust to my new home in Md my husband got a job here so we had to move.

I purchased a Groupon and was gifted one.First in July.I was pointed to an adjacent room and sat for 10 min. Nobody came to ask what i came for.A lady showed up and took me to wash my hair and applied the treatment.When I got on the chair for the haircut, young lady had trouble understanding how did I want my hair cut.I wanted a trim, about 1 inch everywhere, but since she hadn't seen me before the hair wash, she had no clue what final shape I wanted.She finished in 15 min.It took another 20 to fix the haircut. I kept pointing one thing (3-4 things), she would quickly adjust something and say "Done, this is it now, right?" In the end I didn't get compliments, but at least it was ok. I went again Friday October 28th.This time, customer service was ok.The cut itself took about 1.5 hours (??). But at home I noticed how bad the cut was in the back and sides.The back is a sharp oblique line, one ear is shorter that the other + a razor burn on the neck.My husband laughed at me.Never again!!!

I have been going to La Clinica for almost 2 years now. I absolutely love it there. It is so cozy and everyone is so accomodating. There is no wait and everyone there is very talented. Debbie my esthetician is amazing, she's the best!!!!!!!!!! Maria who also is a esthetician, a massage therapist and electrolosist is a Godsend! Lindsay, my stylist has great eye for the right color for you, she listens to what you want, and she brings your vision to life, she really has a gift! All the nail technicians are wonderful! I go to Laeticia and Rachel. The massage therapist are wonderful! I can not say one bad word about the staff there! The owners are lovely ladies and strive for satisfaction. The only things I would change would be, thicker walls in the massage/esthetician rooms, a better sound system, a more relaxing atmosphere in the waiting lounge as ongoing traffic and kitchen/break room is right there, to enforce no cell phone use within clients and employees and carrying AMEX. I LOVE LC

I went there for the first time and I got the opi axxium gel nail polish with rachel. She took the time to explain the product and I got strawberry margarita it has stayed perfect for three weeks with no chips. I was able to scrub the floors and do no normal house hold chores. I have three kids so when ever I get a manicure its destroyed. Rachel was right this product is awesome. This is the neatest nail gel polish ever. I love rachel she is so lovely and sweet. Thank u rachel for the kindness on the phone and being patient with all my questions I had. Everyone should come to her for nails and oh wow she gives a great pedicure. I also had Ilene for a facial later that week and there were no words to explain how my skin was feeling I have never had a facial like that in my life. Ilene keeps records on all her clients which was nice so when u run out of something she can pull it and recomend something else. Ilene I am so happy u were able to take care of me that tuesday. Also wow the front desk is no words can explain them when u call they are so friendly. Joan is so precious and sweet and same with jayne I called last minute and even though I didn't have an appt they made it work thank u la clininca day spa for truley being maryland perfect day spa. Everyone should come see. Ilene for facials and Rachel for nails both have worked there a long time as well as 95 percent of there employees. I was also recommended to sondra for hair can't wait to meet her I need hair help lol I hear she is amazing in fixing color mistakes and coloring. 2010

BEST SALON EVER! No wonder this salon has been in business for over 30 years; the staff knows their stuff when it comes to beauty. What a talented and professional group; by far the best in the industry. I was new to the area, and was scouting out salons for various services hair, nails, etc. A friend referred me to LaClinica, had my hair styled, it was perfect. I looked awesome. Now I get all my beauty services at LaClinica. Hope you will too!

OUTSTANDING-PROFESSIONAL! Over the years I have been to at least 7 to 8 salons in the Baltimore area. The salon that truly sets themselves above and beyond eveyone else, is LaClinica. The salon is professional, the staff makes you feel comfortable and they are confident and talented with their services. Don't waste your time or money on other salons that can not meet the high standards and true quality of LaClinica. You won't be disappointed. I have never looked so good, my hair, done by Mirza, I highly recomend her, she's the best!
