I am dismayed to read all the bad reviews. We were referred to FULLER'S by our warranty company. Had no problem getting an appointment. The tech came as scheduled (given a 4 hour window and kept informed when tech left last job.and would arrive. First tech diagnosed problem on our Frigidaire refrigerator but did not have the needed parts with him. He said they would be ordered and I would be called when parts were in and a time scheduled. Within 4 days Fuller called notifying me arranged appointment. Tech arrived at appointed time and completed repair in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely use Fullers aganin

First off, this business was selected thru our Lowes extended warranty for our washer. Lowes scheduled us with Fullers for Wednesday May 16th from 8 am to 4 pm. So basically I had to day the whole day off. They called me this morning (Tues.) at 8:45 to confirm the appointment. However, after working a 12 hour night shift I was asleep when they called and did not answer. Needless to say when I called back at 1:00 they had already canceled our appointment and stated that we would have reschedule. None of this made sense because I had called to confirm the appointment the night prior because I had to take a day of military leave to be present. The receptionist was rude and unsympathetic when I tried to explain that it's hard for a Soldier to just take a day off for a last minute appointment. Unwilling to work with us! I guess they must have plenty of business to go around to not care if someone gives them a bad review. Save your time a go a more professional company.

I have called them for two appliance problems. Both times they were very professional and experienced. They ordered the parts and installed them quickly. Their customer service was a 10. Would recommend them to all my friends. Will use no other repair service.

Our Range was showing a message to call service about the motherboard. I called Fuller's and Karen advised me to reset the range, and explained how. It is now working!!! Thank you Karen, we will be using you for any appliance repairs we need!!!

Apparently good customer service is not important to this company. Horrible service.

Asked to speak to Mr. Fuller via phone several times and he was never available. Asked if he was in the building...yes, but NOT available.

Took nearly a month for the repair to be complete. Never again. Not sure how they stay in business.

On Monday 10/12/15 a call was placed to Fuller's for warranty work to be scheduled. I call around 9 am and was told that a return call would be received later that day. Around 4pm I placed another call when I did not hear in a suitable time frame. My information was taken and I was told the part would be ordered as it was not in stock and I would receive a call the next morning to set up a repair appointment, again no call so I figured I would give them a week leeway. I placed a call this morning around 10am and explained about the previous run around. My information was taken (again) and I was told I would receive a call from the parts manager after her meeting which was taking place. Again, NO CALL by 4pm, so I called the 2nd number that Bosch gave me (Quality Appliance @540.223.5495) and I got immediate attention, in fact I will have a repairman tomorrow. Immediately after talking to Quality, I called Bosch and told them of this situation because they are referring Fuller's t for warranty/repair work and they should be made aware of the substandard attention their customers receive. Fuller's might be good, but I will never know because of their lack of follow through.

So, I was a little nervous with this company that was assigned to us by our repair service, but they came through. I called on a Tuesday for our washer that was under warranty and they were out the following Monday, diagnosing the problem as needing a new part. A week went by and I called them and was told the part was in and a service call was scheduled for the following day. Company was very conscientious of keeping us up to date on status and whereabouts of the technician. Technician arrived within the designated 4hour window and made the repair without a hitch. I was very happy with service, but suggest you not be shy of calling if you are waiting on a part.

The one star was for past performance if there was a negative star I would use it. Over one month to fix our Electrolux, 3 technicians, misdiagnosed, 3 times wrong part. No apologies.

Not sure these good reviews are real reviews. This LG recommended service business was EXTREMELY rude and very expensive. I explained to them exactly what my problem was and the part that would be required. They did come out a few days later and appropriately required a service charge which I paid. They then agreed that I was correct but they didn't have the part and would have to order it?? When they did finally call back with the price it was almost a double mark up plus triple the diagnostic charge for the 15 minute installation. LG is poorly represented by this business.

Unlike poor reviews by others in the past, I had great service from Fuller's Appliance Repair. Both my Samsung dryer and washing machine had problems and I remembered I had bought an extended protection plan when bought them at Lowes nearly four years prior. Contact with Fuller's was made and Karen provided times for an appointment for someone to evaluate my problems. The Technician, named Jason, arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problems, explained what was needed and ordered parts. I was called a few days later that the parts had been received and an appointment was made to install them. Technician, named Henry, arrived as scheduled, installed parts and gave us a detailed review of what he did.

Great job by all at Fuller's.

Ok, So I also read the negative reviews about Fuller and called the office manager about them . I expressed my reservations about using a company that sounded like it didn't care about customer service or quality work. Karen reassured me that they now have a capable staff. I am so pleased to confirm this as our experience was in every way a good one. Both Don and Jason were polite, focused and did their job very well. Not only was my Samsung ( don't get me started about Samsung) washer repaired quickly but at a very reasonable price. In addition, both techs took the time to explain what was happening and why the problem occurred.

I applaud anyone who actively tries to better their performance and doesn't shy away from the hard work it takes. Thank you Fuller, you have won another customer the old fashioned way... you earned it.

Sincerely,

Despite the horrible reviews, the warranty company I called scheduled an appointment with Fuller's. At First, I had my doubts! I had a quick repair to a loose connection with my dryer. No problems or complaints! Thanks Henry awesome job!

The personnel at Fuller were all very professional. From the people who answer the phone and get your problem taken care of in good time, to the professional technician who comes out to your house to service your appliance. I have dealt with them a number of times and I would recommend them highly. Thank you, Fuller!

Do not/not call Fuller's Appli...

Do not/not call Fuller's Appliance Repair. We have intermittent problems with our Bosch oven - "bake" doesn't work when turned on and convention hasn't worked in years. Service call is $95. Repairman arrives, opens and closes oven door, turns on oven to see light come on, tells my wife everything looks fine. She asks him to test components. Repairman makes a call to his supervisor, explains we're having intermittent problems. Hangs up and tells my wife we need a new main relay board -- having never looked at or tested ANYTHING. Repairman couldn't provide a price for the part, didn't know how long it would take to order, wasn't sure how long it would take to install. So I'm $95 down, knowing what I already knew when we called Fullers, still not any clearer on what the problem is, and don't have any idea how to fix the oven. Don't waste your money or time with this worthless business.

Would not let them fix a toast...

Would not let them fix a toaster.GE refrigerator heating up to the point it cooked food. Could not fix after replacing 3 parts.Sent another repairman out the next day, who was to sick to pull the refrigerator out from wall.Denied claim to Warrenty Company for replacement because I would not leave it plugged in for 24 hrs so repairman could diagnose it again.I offered to transport it to thier shop so they could plug it in for 24 hrs. Rejected. They did not want it there but willing to put me and my family at risk.Even when I told them my 76 yr old father is home alone during the day and he is legally blind. This thing builds up heat faster than my oven.First repairman did not stay long enough to check it.It heated up after he left called Fuller to have repairman go and just unplug it, they would not even do that.Had to call neighbor to go unplug because my father was not able to do it.What if he had been asleep and this thing caught fire.Would you go off and leave your oven on high?

Fuller's Appliance 17904 Louisa Road,

Louisa, VA 23093

This is the worst customer service that I have ever received, anywhere. They will not communicate with you..... they have been to my house 3 times with no progress.... they said they would call me to schedule the next (4th time) they have to come out.... but they never called. When I called after a week and a half ( I was originally told I would be called by "the girls in the office" within 3 days ) they act like it is my fault and this is a huge problem for them. They make me wait another 3 days before they will get someone out and then they are going to make me wait around all day for someone to come at their leisure. I work in healthcare and I can't just tell patients... sorry you won't be ssen today because the appliance people can't make up their minds on when they will come to my house. I am not able to schedule anyone for that day since they won't even tell me AM or PM !!!Completely unacceptable!! If this wasn't warranty work I would call someone else ASAP, but now I am stuck with them! :(
