        On 04/28/17, I was seen by Dr. David Benton for severe back pain. As a result of his examination, and his review of a recent urinalysis that clearly indicated signs of an infection, it was Dr. Benton's opinion that my back pain was not the result of any spinal problems and could not offer a diagnosis. Additionally, despite performing a blood panel that also reflected a serious infection requiring an immediate need for an anti-biotic, Dr. Benton did nothing. As a result, from 04/28/17 until 05/03/17, the date of my visit to my primary care physician, I remained incapacitated with excruciating pain, vomiting and chills. As a result, it is my opinion that along with extreme arrogance, Dr. Benton demonstrated a level of incompetency unbefitting a professional of his stature and I would not recommend his services to anyone.
