Best Buy

Don't bother buying anything here if you'll ever need to return it or need help. I purchased a DVD player that went bad within a year and sat on hold for an eternity just to have them provide no help or guidance. When I called the DVD manufacturer directly, the took care of the problem immediately and didn't seem surprised that Best Buy wasn't helpful. Apparently, that's their reputation.

They have a wide variety of movies both old and new.

The gentelmen wasn't too interested in helping out but in standing behind the desk. Then in another departement we did find someone else to help out. Had to take one out of the box just to give us something to compare. Not much selection

I was looking for a Wii and kept trying Best Buy. They couldn't seem to tell me when there next shipment would be coming in. They couldn't even tell me if a truck was due in sometime during the week. I finally went to a different retail store and was able to find out from their clerk when that particular store was expecting an electronics shipments. With that tip I was able to find a Wii. Best Buy lost a $500 sale which is probably no big deal to them.
