Action Tire Custom Lifestyles

I thought this was a reputable tire and wheel shop but I was wrong. I went in to have tires and wheels installed on my SUV. I was told that I would be charged for 2 sets of hub rings to properly mount the wheels. When I took off the wheels to replace my rotors, I saw only one set of rings. The lug nuts where too tight. I used a torque wrench and measured over 160 pounds!! They also forgot to give me back the old hub rings that I brought from them. I may sound picky, I expected so much more for the price they charged.
