        We always felt we were disturbing the Manager -[ Nick D ]send in a secret shopper to see if i am exaggerating. He sold us a down rod for our fan that we purchased
        and the installer forgot to bring it from the store He had a old one in his truck and i went back to store for a refund.He said we had one installed! He refused to refund for the 1/2 x 1/2 down rod. Ticket # T-085-12422 Date- 8/24/21
