Directed by Dale Kaufteil, Principal & General Partner, HVP has extensive capabilities as an owner, manager and developer of commercial and investment-grade properties. HVP manages private equity funds in the Multi-Family, Retail, Office and Mixed-use categories. Presently in an expansion mode, HVP is seeking acquisitions in urban infill and strong suburban markets.
