i give them a -star!!!!!!! huuuhhhh well i guess i have to put at lest one star but its only there because i have to put something down but its a -star!!!!!!! they"re horrible!!

they are horrible there. i call to ask questions on street sweeping and they dont help at all. they just give you additude like as if you should know this information. even if you dont live there! oh and if you arent a resident they treat you like you invading there city and treat you worse!! like you have no right to be here even if you want to visit family!!!so then, i dont underdstand how they expect you to know when street sweeping is when they have no signs down the streets!? and then when you call to find out they are just rude about it! and feel like you are asking a stupid question. i dont live here just visiting!! and if your own residents dont know this information then they why would you treat people like they are ignorante. maybe they should do a better job with letting there own residents know what time and day, street sweeping is and not expect everyone to put there cars in a 2 car drive way when they have more family members in the house hold living there or relatives from out of town trying to visit. they should be more profesional and curtis to people that ask questions about there city. we understand that they work there and know whats going on in this city but residents and people from out of town dont know.! and they should take that into consideration!!!! not everyone reads paper flyers that come in the mail!!!!
