        Overall

        I had a birthday gift to send to my mom and I was sincerely not looking forward to the task! I had only previously sent out packages through the post office (and I can tell you now that is NEVER and easy or positive experience!) Going into the store I was definitely dreading it. So, you can imagine my surprise when I was greeted with a friendly smile. The whole experience was very positive. They were knowledgeable, patient and easily able to assess my needs and guide me through the process. I will definitely be going back there for any future shipping needs!
