I don't recommend this Plaza tire location. First the front desk staff was unable to handle their job he asked what I was there for multiple times then ask for my paperwork which I gave him then started to put another customers papers with my keys then he asked if he had my paperwork. I went in for an inspection and my vehicle failed for a few minor things. I work on my own cars so I went and repaired the items took it back to them the next day and they said my repairs were not sufficient. The rock chip in the window was repaired and still in a hardening phase but the guy decided he needed to scrape it off and say his finger nail catches on it and it’s a safety hazard. It did stump me that this facility didn't even offer to replace the brake light bulb after they failed it. I took my vehicle to another reputable facility and all my repairs passed without question.

Store profitability more important than customer safety! Purchased set of tires for wifes vehicle with road hazard, had cold hop issue from day one. LF tire started showing splits from impact seperation, returned for third time asking to get tire replaced recieved call from Sam saying vehicle ready! sam could not see 45 to 50 splits in tire after I showed him issue he said he see's no safety issue. Sam would not take care of bad tire even with road hazard on it! Do yourself a favor and do business some where other than this store.

After looking around at many different mechanics in the area I came across Mike at Plaza Tire Service. Looking for a wheel bearing he was very honest in explaining the difference on the two available and more than willing to answer all my questions. Was even able to get it done same day, for a lot less than the countless other shops around town!
