Southwest Loan Company

Just wanted to make a comment. Maybe you posted you commit to the wrong Southwest Loan there are several in the Acadiana area. But the previous person was right. This office is very respectful of the next person. I had a loan there and fell into a hardship a few years ago. There was a judgment in place and was contacted by the court again. My account received interest that built up over the years and believe me I had plenty interest to pay. But I bit the bullet and called them. They went over the account with me and instead of garnishing my pay. They worked with me with a payment plan and after a few months of paying they helped me out by dropping off some of what I owed and I was able to pay them out. Maybe you have the wrong office it was another Southwest Loan. These are very considerate people in that office. As someone who did not pay their bill since 2002. Take it from me they did their job finding you and just like me you were made to pay your bill. I lied and said I paid off the loan knowing I didn't because it wasn't on my credit report anymore but a judgment from 2002 didn't lie. I took responsibility for my mistake and you should to. Know one not even a judge can order you to pay a bill that was paid. You had a judgment never paid and they found you just like they found me and was made to pay just like I was. Don't give these people a bad name because you did not pay. Did you try talking to them. Let's be fair. We all have jobs to do and we all have bills to pay try being fair. How can they send you through the court system if you have paid your bill. A judge looks at what was paid and how much you have left to pay with your payment history in front of him or her. I must say that they are the nicest and most respectful people to deal with. Even if you get behind they find ways to help you get back on track.
