Kyle Animal Hospital

I have been coming to Kyle Animal Hospital for years. I usually see Dr. Mathews, but I have seen the other vets as well. My dogs are like family to me, so if they are not happy, I am not happy. Well, we are ALL happy at this veterinary hospital. The entire staff genuinely cares from the minute you walk in the door. The quality of medicine could not be better and the prices are very competitive. I can't imagine trusting my four legged babies with anyone else.

This office is very friendly and they seem to take a real interest in the animals they care for. They are, however, highly resistant and decidedly unhelpful when a customer wants to order their medications, like flea and heartworm prevention, online. I have been given scare tactics, half-written prescriptions, had my calls from pharmacies denied, you name it, in an effort to "encourage" me to buy the meds through them. This has really soured my experience. Too bad, great care otherwise.
