Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Having eaten at the Dickey's in Austin and liked it very much, my family and I decided to eat at this Kyle location one Sunday. We arrived around 4:45 for an early dinner only to find out they were completely out of ALL beef, sliced and chopped. One chicken breast left and no baked potatoes or potato salad. When we attempted to use a Dickey's gift card to pay they said their "register" was not accepting them. As we proceed to fill our drinks the ice machine was out of ice. All the employees including the manager seemed to care less whether any patron needed anything. Before we left I attempted to use the restroom, Out Of Order sign. Judging from other comments about this establishment the owner either needs to get new management or shut down all together.
