I do not know who peed in the cornflakes or whether the weather affected the agent or not...I have been berated twice on voice mail..never to be again...and I am through...need I say more? perhaps 35 years is too much for a person to work in one place...I needed help..stil have no answers...just got berated and don't know if I can get insurance or not..i was left hanging twice...and in tears...I think no woman should talk to a man just because she can like this...and I for one and one man that won't put up with it...after she takes my money for car insurance every month..surely, the home office will hear about this..and I saved all voice mails...thank God.
