        Bad service and rip off

        I give this a 0 star. My niece came in to get her hair color and my niece told her she wanted light brown and show her the pic. The hair color did not came out light brown but much darker then her original hair. My niece came back the next day and ask for a redo and the owner said she has to pay extra $75 for redo. This salon is not in a high end area but in the ghetto of kent/Des Moines. I recommend not to go to this salon. The owner has a broken English.
