Best Buy

I have never had any problems with Best Buy. They are always kind and will go the extra mile to find out answers to any questions you may have.

We were supposed to have service at our home to hook up speakers for surround sound from 8am-12pm, I had to call the store and ask where they were at 3pm and was advised that they would try and be here around 5pm. My husband works in Afghanistan and is on leave for 3 weeks and we wasted the entire day waiting on these people and all I got was "sorry". I am so sick of companies today who could care less about the survice they provide.Why do we continue to give them our business?? Based on reviews that I just read on others sites Best Buy is a very poor company to do business with!!!

Ok I'm only 14 but I've shopped at best buy for along time. I game a lot so I buy a lot of computer related stuff. Well anyways even though I'm young doesn't mean they have to ignore me. Constantly get hanged up on over the phone and getting annoying.

I have tried calling this location for almost an hour now and all it does is ring, ring, ring. You can't tell me they are THAT busy that they can't answer a phone. I guess that shows just how much they want business...

Best Buys uses The Geek Squad for servicing the equipment they sell, mainly computer related material. they lost my friends hard drive, and they tried to charge her for the service when it was still under a service warranty. does that sound like a professional organization to you.if you want service that is prompt, honest, and probably cheaper go to Unbound Digital on Oakland Ave. i guess at Geek Squad if you know what a hard drive is, you can get a job, oops, i guess they dont know what a hard drive is, they cant find one.
