I enjoy the peacefulness of the woods. I am able to feed squirrels and birds from my patio but I am still close enough to everything I need. I frequently walk to Meijer and Kohls. The parking lot is always bright and it is very easy to see at night as well as in the hallways which is important to me. My apartment is nice and has had some recent updating and you cant beat the value this place offers.

I have lived here for several years and I would recommend The Woods to anyone looking for a GREAT place to stay. My home is spacious, clean and well maintained. The community is beautiful and quiet and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and attentive!!

They act like they want you there : however my experince was this: they said sure come on over and wasted my time and thiers. I don't have nor do I know anyone who have a great surperb credit report. However I told them this on the phone < bebore I drove over there, I told the the truth I have no evictions nor criminal history, I have an excellent rental history and they said sure come on over. They denied me an apartment. However changed thier minds and said if I paid a 3 month deposit same as rent they would rent to me??????????? Now I was looking for place for life I want to find housing where I won't be moving again . I really believe they denied me a place because of car I drive , it is an older automobile.However it is paid for and runs excellent I don't have car payments and I keep insurance. but that doesn't matter.I would not rent from them now because of thier inconsistent b/s they put you though. They should have told me up front they wanted people there driving new auto's I would not have wasted my time.
