The Terrace Apartments

AKA Brookstone Apartments too. Have lived here since 2009 & my experiences with the office staff & maintenance requests have always been positive! I am not part of the staff. I am a tenant in the Brookstone complex. When the original office burned down they maintained a transparent high level of service during the months it took to rebuild the office. If you're looking for a GR8 apartment complex to live; look no further!

I just recently moved in and it's true everyone in the office knows very little about customer service. I can say that the maintanence people are pretty fast with getting orders done. I do suggest that you live on the second or third floor just because of sound issues such as people walking by your apartment and upstairs NOISE...I have 12 more mo. to go so I will be giving another rating...

I know a good service is hard to find these days, but people in this leasing office is rude and condescending. As you go up the chain, the worse it gets. The airplane flies so low over the apartment as well.
