Wingstop

Amazing food and service!! I guess they have improved a ton scince the other reviews were written but I love this wingstop!!!

HORRIBLE service! I ordered online and when I arrived no one could find my order. None of the staff bothered to let me know what was going on. I stood at the counter for over 20 minutes with out anyone acknowledging me. After asking the staff several times where my order was the "manager" finally came out to let me know what was going on. I was highly upset by this time and told them to just give me a refund. The "manager" refused to give me her name and threatened to call the police on me when I told her that they have the worst service and after she refused to give me her name how that wasn't great customer service. I will NEVER go back to that store! 7611 FM1960 E in Humble.

The worst run restaurant i have ever been to. Poor service. minimum half an hour wait time. I ordered online, went 15 minutes after my order was to be ready just to find out they havent even started on it. He turned the fax machine on and out pops my order. They tell me they cant refund my money and that i have to call corporate which just so happens to be closed on weekends. Thanks for nothing
