Skylar Pointe Apartments

apartment locks to doors and windows, sliding glass door were broken, apartment burglarized multiple times during very short unfortunate stay. Slow police response. Had bank cards, credit cards and most of personal property stolen, rental insurance did nothing despite police report. Was assaulted by someone one evening while walking my little dog, injured. Inadequate concern by property owners and office staff for tenant safety and security concerns. Paid reletting fee, was told given circumstances that as long as apartment relet that would be all required, as waiver for safety reasons completed, which was not honored. Was an expensive and nightmarish experience that should not have happened, but seems to be common situation for most residents of sklyar pointe apartments in Texas.
