Anna provided me with an excellent and pleasant nail clipping, foot and leg massage experience. She was very compassionate and wanted to make sure she wasn’t hurting me. She didn’t and she did a great job. I’ll be back!

tony not gentle doing your nails at all, just got mine done and he made my nails bleed. he made them way shorter than asked and the service was terrible. will never go back. if hamilton mill isn't too far of a drive, i recommend French nail salon. only went to royal today because i was in a rush

Have been going to this business for over 5 years and they have gone down hill very bad. You have to wait all the time, even it you an appt. and act like they don't understand when you get upset. Will not go back any longer, at one time their business was nice and pleasant to go and have nails done Just had my nails done a couple of days ago and they look horrible, also, the man who works there is not gentle at all when doing your nails.

They always take their time and never rush to get you out. They are very friendly. I have been using them for about 6 months for fill ins, eyebrow waxing and pedicures and drive 25 minutes to get there. Great job. Wax is actually cooler than the old place I went to.
