This is a scam they still 600$ from me call every day for a month and my jet ski is worse and he put duck tape on a sensor that I had to spend more money on it to have someone else fix it. Stay away the guy name is turi. Mother f..

DO NOT GO HERE! We had the same experience. Brought them in to be fixed. It took 6 months and many calls and they did not work after 1/2 hour of running them. Brought them back, waited another 6 months and received a notice from Midnight Express Towing that they had been abandoned on the side of the road. They wanted $2500 to pick them up. Got the police involved and Turi said they had been stolen from his shop and he had to pay to get them from the tow company. Interestingly enough, he only had to pay $500 instead of the $2500. He supposedly got paid by his insurance for the damange and we were going to get them this week. We got a phone call from a MD police officer who said they were found (once again) on the side of the road and were being towed AGAIN! We can't reach Turi, and now have to pay $300 to get them from this tow company. MD Police said we have to contact the Hialeah Police since that is where Green Machine is located. If we don't pick them up from the Tow Truck Company, they will keep incurring charges for storage. To top it off - our trailer is not with the jet skiis.

Arturo Garcia also had my jetski for 4 months , then when it was time to pick it up is was stolen he said from his house....I'm contacting an attorney. if anyone else has had this problem plz contact me 305-890-3571 frank it was a 06 red Yamaha vx110 deluxe with 30 hr it was in mint condition.... ps the only reason i gave 1 star is because i had no choice there is not a - (negative) option....

Es el negocio más malo e informal que he conocido, te cobra por un servicio que no realiza, te dice que pondrá nuevas piezas y pone piezas de uso, recuperadas de otros motores dados de baja, el trabajo que cualquier mecánico haría en unas horas, lo convierten en 15 o más, no sostiene lo que dice, es muy indeciso, no está seguro del trabajo que hace, falta de conocimiento mecánico, falta de actualización y avances en tecnología, falta de respeto, falta de profesionalismo y muchísimo más. Yo le lleve mi Jetboat para que le reparara el motor el (06/06/2012), me pidió por adelantado $1500.00 cash, luego de más de 20 días de demora para hacer el trabajo, lo termino y probo por espacio de 3 minutos, me exigió que le pagara al momento el resto del dinero por la reparación $850.00. No había pasado ni una semana y el jetboat estaba de vuelta en su taller nuevamente por salidero de aceite del motor, después de 15 días o mas y que supuestamente le había dado solución al problema, supe que el motor se había roto nuevamente, le reclame la garantía del trabajo, a lo cual respondió que asumiría la responsabilidad, pero cuando pudiera y quisiera. El Jetboat lleva 45 días en su taller y no le ha tocado ni un tornillo, yo le aconsejo a todos los lectores que tengan algún jetski o jetboat o que conozcan a alguien que lo tenga, que no vayan a ese lugar, pues sufrirán en carne propia el maltrato, la falta de respeto, falta de profesionalismo, falta de conocimiento e inseguridad, etc.…

It is the business more bad and informal knower, takes you for a service that does, tells you to put new parts and puts parts of use, recovered from other engines decommissioned, work any mechanic would do in a few hours, they make it in 15 or more, argues not that says, is very indecisive, unsure of the work that does lack of mechanical knowledge, lack of updating and advances in technology, lack of respect, lack of professionalism, and much more. MY SEADOO WAS IN THIS SHOP FOR OVER 5 MONTHS FOR REPAIR . THE WORST WAS THAT IT WAS STOLEN FROM THIS SHOP BY ANOTHER CLIENT THAT SUPPOSELY THE OWNER OWED $$$$ TOO. THE SEADOO WAS FOUND THE SAME DAY THE DISCOVERY WAS MADE. WELL THE SEADOO WAS NEVER FIXED, OWNER TOOK THE SEADOO OUT OF SHOP AND NOW HE CLAIMS IT WAS STOLEN AGAIN!!! IT HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES AND WAITING FOR IT TO BE FOUND. APPARENTLY OWNER IS IN SOME TYPE OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITES WITH OTHER PEOPLES JETSKI....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE BOATLESS...

This company does not know what they are doing. I took my jet ski for repair and did nothing to the jet ski. As a matter of fact I ended up taking it to another company and they responded by telling me that nothing was fixed. I went to get my money back since I had to take it to some place else because Green Machine kept giving me the run around in regard to bringing back my jet ski for repaired and kept telling me that they had no space to have my jet ski in for the repair that i paid for and never got. I got tired of their little game. As a matter of fact if you encourter this problem you can report them to the Consumer Services Dept at 305-375-3677 they are located at 140 West Flagler Street Room 902 Miami Florida 33130. I would also recommend a police report this is an abuse to consumers

THIS ARE THE WORST JET SKI MECHANICS IN MIAMI DADE AND HIALEAH. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT REPAIR PROPERLY. I TOOK MY JET SKI FOR REPAIR OF THE CARBURATORS. AND THE JET SKI WAS READY THE SECOND DAY I WAS SUPRISED BY THEIR SPEEDY REPAIR. I ASKED TURI IF HE HAD TESTED THE JET SKI HIS ANSWER WAS NO. HE TOLD ME IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS TO BRING IT BACK. I CALLED HIM TO LET HIM THAT THE JET SKI WAS IN WORST CONDITION THAN WHEN I HAD TAKEN IN FOR REPAIR WITH BROKEN WITH SCREWS IN EACH CARBURATORS CAUSING FUEL TO LEAK. CRACK HOLES WHERE NOT REPLACED AND HE NEVER CLEAN THE NEEDLE OF THE CARBURATORS THAT IT GOT RUST IN THEM BECAUSE OF THE BAD REPAIR THE JET SKI WAS IN WORST RUNNING CONDITION THAN WHEN I FIRST TOOK IT IN TO GREEN MACHINE JET. I REQUESTED REFUND OF MY MONEY AND HIS ANSWER WAS THAT I WAS NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK THE EASY WAY BUT I NEED TO DO IT THE HARD WAY AND TAKE HIM TO COURT. I CALL THE COPS AND MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND THE OFFICER INFORMED ME THAT THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME PEOPLE COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I CONTACTED THE DEPARTMENT FOR CONSUMER SERVICES AND INFORMED THEM OF THE KIND OF JOB THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING AND THAT THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.
