They have cornered the market, and continue to provide poor service at the expense of the customer. Service cuts in and out on their end, and customer service makes you jump through hoops to get a technician dispatched to look at the problem. And when technician arrives, they are not knowledgeable beyond basics. Not Satisfied At All.

If you need to do anything important like pay bills you best do it when it is working. Up and down, and don't even try to call tech support unless you want a maze of prompts and then get to the end without resolution.
