Walmart - Vision Center

The Dr next door sucks they will not even answer the phone or return your call to set up an appt. And when you go to get your glasses prescription filled they charge you trumped up prices and tell you your plan has changed and you are gone be paying a lot more this time out of pocket unless you downgrade your lenses from what you got last time according to the manager Linsey. My insurance policy says different. The manager did not believe me when I told her the reason I had to go to another DR for my exam and even defended him. That is probably why I got the kind of treatment I did and why I had to pay more this time because I went to another Dr. I am totally dissatisfied and feed up with Walmart vision center and would not advise anyone to go there. I will not be going there for glasses ever again.
