If you live near the Hazel Park area, stay away from the Hazel Park Urgent Care. I took my sick sons to this facility and they refused to see them since I would not pay their office policy's ridiculous $75 copay, when my Blue Cross and Blue Shield coverage copay is only $35! This facility is a sham and scamming people out of $75 per patient per visit for Urgent Care services! This is not legal and I would stay away! I would never recommend anyone to go here!

Great urgent care -- clean, friendly, and quick. They somehow got my kids to enjoy a visit to the doctor. I plan on making them my new primary care
Amazing doctor and staff! The wait was only 5 minutes before being seen. Everyone is incredibly professional and courteous. I have already recommended it to my friends and family.
My 8 year old wasn't feeling well this morning, but her pediatrician office said they couldn't take her until 4pm. I took her to Hazel park urgent care and I'm so glad I did!! Dr was great and put us at ease, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Would recommend!!
