Someone was always there if your drink is running low! The prime rib is our favorite!😊

Provided by Superpagesyou are treated special right down to the bus boys. Our waitress was so helpful and the food was just great. The manager came over and inquired if we were enjoying. Our salad was a salad and not just chopped lettuce. The rolls will make you gain an extra lb but what the heck, they are wonderful. The young wait staff were even doing a line dance. It was just a wonderful evening and I hope to repeat it and bring guests to enjoy it also. Oh, had to get a togo box and I am sure I will enjoy that and it was even suggested by the waitress. There are those that say it is so noisy - hey, that's part of the appeal, you need to get a life.

The wait time is ridiculous, call in a reservation. Other than that food was not to bad, not my first pick but do able.

You might have a habit of writing off food chains as bland or uninspired, but the food here is excellent. The steaks are the juiciest, tastiest ones you will find anywhere. The chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes are two items two try at least once. They're incredible. Great service is just the icing on the cake at this place. You'll be surprised. - NvKn

TEXAS ROADHOUSE LEGENDARY NIGHTMARE!!!!!
After going out to eat on a family dinner for Valentines, I was asked by the managing partner for Texas Road House “RICK LOPEZ” that I am no longer welcomed in his establishment! So this goes out as a warning to other “Texas Roadies”… if you don’t get your steak the way you asked for it, DO NOT COMPLAIN! You too may be told not to come back as you will no longer be welcomed in this fine restaurant! How did this come about you may be asking yourself….allow me to explain.
THE HISTORY:
A few weeks ago I order a Texas T-bone steak “medium well” or slight pink center. The steak was still kicking when I got it with a cold red juicy center “rare”. It went back into the kitchen and was brought back to me with a warm pink center “medium rare”. It went back a third time and this time RICK LOPEZ brought it out and asked me to cut into it my steak. Apparently according to RICK LOPEZ if you want a T- bone “medium well” you have to say “Well done”. So I guess if you want a Texas T-bone “well done” you best request it burned (a little heads up from me). After all this mix up, RICK LOPEZ advised me that I had a reputation for complaining about my steaks. A report was generated thru 1-800-TEX-ROAD. Texas Road House apologized on his behalf and invited me back with a $30 gift card…..sweet!!!!!
FAMILY DINNER VALENTINES MASSACRE:
Today I ordered a Filet Medallions steak “medium well” with Jack cheese on top. The kind waitress read back our order and all was set. When the steak arrived I got it with no Jack cheese with a warm pink center “medium rare”. I requested to see managing partner RICK LOPEZ. When he got there I kindly told him in front of the waitress, so that I can avoid added reputation if my order had been placed “medium well” with jack cheese. She confirmed and so did RICK LOPEZ and he said I will get it fixed. 17 minutes later after the rest of my family was nearly done eating, my plate arrives. I asked RICK LOPEZ why this continues to happen. The managing partner responded by saying “WHY DO YOU KEEP COMING BACK”. Lol, really???? I said will the only reason why I’m back is because your corporate office sent me a $30 gift card thanks to you, and because I have a right to be here. RICK LOPEZ responded by saying and I have the right to refuse service. So from this day forward you are no longer welcomed here! And he added that if I wanted to I could report it to the News, apparently this was his way of letting me know that corporate had spoken with him, because that is what I told the lady when the report was generated thru 800-TEX-ROAD. Insult to injury as he was walking away he aggressively hit/tap me across the shoulder and said for me not to come back. TRUE STORY......please share your thoughts.
Anyone know if LOGANS ROADHOUSE is accepting applications for new customers????

Provided by SuperpagesJust a little post to say how I feel about a restaurant that has on their website that they are honoring the veterans for dinner from 4-6 on Veterans Day and when we called they said no they weren't, it was at lunch, I told her she needed to check her website on veterans free meals in Harlingen, and check it out, shame on them for not honoring what they posted
