SVS Vision

In the beginning, the service was rough. I vowed that I will rate them a -0. I guess you can say i got checked by the appointment setter/receptionist, so when I missed their call to confirm and called back the receptionist got beside herself. Could i walk in or do i have an appointment, geez make up your mind. The moment I was about to tell her to kick rocks she lower her tone and got right. So, she booked me for a Saturday to make peace.

My initial, appointment I was not presented with all sales, payment options or sales for my glasses, by Steve. Thumbs down, I walked out of there feeling like "What a wasted trip" and no glasses .He solely, went on my insurance instead of brain storming to help me.

So, I decided to wait then go back for that one pair of frames and bought two pairs, one for reading and the other for everyday, thanks to the Manager, I'm sorry i cant remember her name right now, but I had to hug this woman!!!! Her personality and attitude is beautiful!!!! She made all my hurt and distress go away with her excellent customer service. In the beginning seemed like boulders, until she took great care of me!!!! I mattered on that day and she was concerned about my eye sight!

Now, Dr. Gay cares, as well I highly recommend him and two of my closest friends are going to see him soon!

Dr. Gay is the best optometrist i have ever encountered!!! My prescription is on point! I'm so pleased. The beginning was rough, but the end turned out to be a huge diamond!
