The UPS Store

The ladies need to work on their customer service. If you don't enjoy your job then don't take your sour attitude out on the customer as has been the case the last few visits. Only a couple pleasant visits as I am a regular customer. Might just have to drive a couple miles down the road to the next location or go to the Post Office. Feeling unappreciated as a customer.

I was in a hurry, and under a time deadline to ship a return package when I ran into the UPS store on my way to work. Expecting to have to wait awhile for my turn, as everyone at the counter was with a customer, I was pleasantly surprised when a UPS worker walked out to help me as soon as I walked in the door! Thank you for prompt and cutious service!
