BAD EXPERIENCE !!! TO AVOID!!
Person I was in contact with was really cold, forcing to sign.. My roomate insisted to do it but i would have prefered to avoid this decision. House was in really bad shape when I took it (didnt see that mouses PAINTED the kitchen and other areas...a huge infection). G3 promised to take care of it. I finally had to clean everything and to get rid of them personnally at MY charge. At the end of contract my deposit was token partially for NO REASON ! Pretexting that some objects where still in there, when they were there since the beginning !!!!! And when they could have taken it with them. (One blanket, glasses..) DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, they want money and let you know... It's really funny that other comments are from sponsored guides....

I have had several maintenance ranging from small to large. Even the small things I report get taken care of in a few days. They have been great to deal with and friendly too. Thanks!

I was very pleased with their ability to handle the tenants and other issues that we had with the property. They were able to clear up a clerical error with the city that would have cost us some property and a fence. That was a very important issue and they handled it well.

I am a current president of an HOA and have truly been impressed with the work they have done and especially with Tracy. She has gone far beyond whats expected of here and puts forth the extra effort necessary to get questions answered and help us along on way along the daily struggles our association faces. We are fortunate to have Tracy working with us.

Jayne started managing our property in 2003. At that time my husband was living and I never got involved in tenant relations etc. When he died in 2009 Jayne made it so comfortable and easy for me to transition to a more active roll in the property. She was always there to answer my questions and advise me.

Goldsmith has given 5 star service for many years. The quality of service exceeds expectations. Prompt communication with the owner and occupants, negotiating a quick solution to any problem and keeping all units occupied with good long-term renters is indicative of 5 star service. I have recommended Goldsmith to many other property owners. The members of the property management team are the "Gold Standard" by which other agents should be measured.
