Dr. Heidi and the staff at Allen Creek went above and beyond in working through the logistics of a very challenging home visit involving an end-of-life situation. They took on our case, even though we were not previous clients, in order to accommodate my elderly parents and a difficult dog. They were so caring and compassionate, minimizing the stress for all involved. It was a great comfort to my parents that Dr. Heidi allowed their dog to pass peacefully at home.

We have had all of our several pets in under the care of Dr. Heidi and staff for the past 17 years, and have been very pleased with the services Allen Creek Veterinary Hospital has provided. From wellness check-ups, vaccinations and necessary surgeries on both one of our dogs and one of our cats we have found the Dr.s and staff to be knowledgeable, very helpful compassionate and caring. I recommend them highly, we have been very satisfied with their professional services.

My beautiful presacanrio went in to get spayed but died the next morning. She was bleeding from the rectum meaning her gi tract, colon was pierced. She was released even though she could not stand. She was over medicated probably.
