The Valley Townhomes

I have lived in Hidden Valley Townhomes for almost 2 years. I desipse living here! The rent is outragous for the maintenance these homes need. I have complained about the windows leaking, the safety light on the street has been out for a year and a half, the air conditioner is so out of date the electric bill increaes 300 in the summer, and every time the garbage disposal breaks my husband is the one who ends up fixing it because maintenance person never shows up. The whole place is filled with drug dealers, wanna-be-thugs, and nuisance teenagers who wander around the streets in gangs (and they stole my ipod from my car). I will be moving when my lease is up!

If you are reading this, you are contemplating renting at Hidden Valley. I strongly urge you NOT TO DO SO. Repairs are not made; maintenance is non-existent; noise is extreme (loud mouthed teens that swear more than a sailor); vandalism and robbery are monthly occurrences. I have unfortunately lived here for two years and will not be remewing my lease. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

A really great community. The grounds are very well kept during warm months, including the great outdoor swimming pool! Snow is promptly removed from lots, roads and walkways. The apartments look close to new upon moving in. Several children make the community a great family community. Rent is very competitive to other local communities I had checked into. We enjoy the spacious living and carport. I have never had nor have I ever heard of any crime issues. I believe there is new management in the office and they seem to be really doing what they can to make each tenant feel at home. I have and will continue to recommend Hidden Valley Townhomes.
