Low expectations and they were true after all this time... still after all the years of eating at a Charcoal Grill it sucked. D our server was slow and brought cold food to our table. He did not check to see if we needed anything during the time we were at this restaurant. The food if you want to call it that was Awful! They are very heavy on the salt and undercooked. Our grandkid had a cheese pizza and retirement home apple sauce the pizza was greasy and tasted funny majorly undercooked. Not sure it was a fresh pizza. The apple sauce was bland and just sad. Other grandkid had the chicken salad with fruit on the side which took too long to arrive at the table. It was okay but salty. The other grandkid had corndog and opinion strings also very heavy on the salt. Do these so called cooks know how to cook? We shared a wrap which tasted weird with under cooked waffle fries bad meal and experience all around. We still tipped 15% which was not earned. If I had it my way two bucks at the most. Oh, the best part was the dead bugs on the window ledge by the table! That makes you think about how clean the place is .....NOT! The restroom is freezing and my granddaughters did not want to touch the toilet because they where freezing! The bathroom is just not cleaned well and we arrived as they opened so it was not later. Water is cold only! Bad just shameful and sad they are open. The bathrooms should have been spotless and perfect. Ha, Ha not! The place has these things they put your plate on which is a pain in the butt. They spill things all over and are too small because someone ordered the wrong size. My advice start over because this place is an epic fail! F------ Is the grade. Hire real cooks that use more then salt and know how to cook fresh food!!!! Process food was so 80-90's. Get healthy or just shut the doors. I wanted to push them aside and teach them how to cook properly and healthy. That is sad in it's self is it not? Not, sure if people have standards when they go out but I do. The food you are paying for should be fresh and GOOD! Everyone should have great service with a polite demeanor. Why is this okay? Why do we settle with bad service and food? Vote with your money and say no to this business.

It has good food at reasonable prices. The kids are treated well and love it. The menu has a very wide selection and you can watch the big game on the many TV's.

A large variety of meals with high prices and mediocre taste. Would not go back.
