This is the best dealership around! The service has been awesome from the time I bought my car in 2018 until now. The purchase experience was great, and the service department all around has been fantastic! Melissa and the entire group, along with the mechanics, have always gone that extra mile to ensure that their customers are provided the best possible service. Everyone is supper friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I took my car in recently because of a noise like a fan still running after turning off the ignition. They checked my car out thoroughly and resolved the problem promptly. Although they were extremely busy, the wait time was less than expected. They even offered to bring me home initially because of an expected longer than usual wait time.Thank You Supreme for such great service! I have also referred several relatives and friends who have also been very satisfied with the service.

My salesman, Wayne, was great. Highly recommend him. The service department is probably the worst I've ever dealt with. Upon delivery, my end cowl peice was damaged. The service department ordered a new one. When it came in, they called for me to come in to have it changed. They said I didn't need an appointment because it was a very fast and easy fix. I waited 2 hours for them to walk out there to snap it in. It took all of 5 seconds. On top of that, the peice they installed has no finish on it. It can't be cleaned. When the truck is clean, the end cowl is still dirty. Why they would put second rated parts on a brand new truck is an indication of how they could care less. Additionally, my tailgate has the black lettering installed by the dealer. The letters are coming off and are not where they are supposed to be. I let them know, they ordered the new lettering. That was over 2 months ago. I have heard nothing from them. Just remember, if your going to buy from a dealer, pick one that has a service department that cares about the customer. This service department is an embarrassment to the bow tie on their sign.

I had a recall and making the appointment was easy. I dropped it off on appointment day & it was fixed quicker than I thought. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
