I've been going here for Chinese food for years. Great service and excellent food. You can tell everything is made fresh to order. definitely try the crab puffs and Mongolian beef, my favorites.

The restaurant doesn't look very clean. We have always ordered take-out and eat at home. The food is always hot and tasty. The egg rolls are average, at best.The restaurant definitely needs updating and deep cleaning. I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like.

We have eaten at Happy for 4 years while the restaurant is dirty the food was good. We went to dinner last night and found a hair in my food. I had the owner come over and instead of apologizing she yelled at me that I put the hair in my food. I was mortified. I told her this was not true and she yelled at me more and told me not to come back. I could not believe this was happening to me. My children were so upset. I will not ever return.

I love there food here. The chicken is solid white and not brown or grizzly like in some . The only thing I think they should improve on is customer service. Sometimes I find that the owner is not very friendly although it may just be her personality, she like to make sure she doesn't give you one too many boxes or 1 extra sause to go. I guess she acts a lettle cheep. But you do get huge plates full of food!

Food always tastes fresh, wait staff are always polite and helpful.
