TOP QUALITY FURNITURE /CUSTOMER SERVICE

A couple of things: Regarding the listing here - firstly, the name is spelled wrong. The business was (as in past tense) I M Ginsburg Furniture Co, the manufacturer of the I M David line. Ownership has now changed hands, and a generation and is now I M David, Inc. Still the same excellent furniture, still the same wonderful team of highly skilled woodworkers, sales and management. For the record, we take customer service very seriously. It's really what we're all about - getting beautiful furniture into people's homes and businesses and standing behind our product.

Regarding the post below, I would suggest you click on the commenter vuzilla's blue name link to check out the overall tone of his/her commentary on various businesses. It's an amusing read. I'll leave it at that.

This place has the worst customer service ever! I can't believe they hung up on me. I will never use this company again. Go to another place, any place, but don't go here. I wish I can give them 0 stars. If you were even decent, I would not have written this review.
