Jan Williams Florals

Although I don't live in the area, I discovered them when my father-in-law passed and have been calling them for out of town for years. Absolutely stunning arrangements and the staff is always willing to work with you.

I ordered flowers to memorialize my parents' birthdays, same as always since 1995. The flowers were not delivered and I was a bit stunned to find the order did not go through. When I called the shop the next day, I talked w/ the book keeper who confirmed the order did not get filled. There was no explanation, no apology. I decided to call the following day to see if there was a better answer and no- there was none, other than a prompt refund to my credit card. After having a long term relationship (this shop also handled the flowers for both of my parents funerals) I don't think the shop needs my business anymore.

Person on phone was very pleasant and very helpful. Flowers were delivered on time. The delivery driver offered to carry my arrangement inside for me. She was very wonderful. I highly recommend Jan Williams Florist! Will definitely use in the near future!

I received the most beautiful floral arrangement from this florist. The delivery driver was pleasant and the was absolutely beautiful. I never heard of this company before but, Now that I know the quality of the product, I will use Jan Williams Floral for all my floral needs.
